Exhibitor Information

Becoming a visible partner is a great opportunity for your organization to promote its products and services and to engage child advocacy professionals. Exhibitor tables will be immediately adjacent to either the keynote/dining or workshop session spaces.

During this 2-day conference, you will meet with child advocacy center (CAC) staff and Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) professionals. These professionals come from all backgrounds including, but not limited to law enforcement, child protection, mental health, prosecution, and medical.

Exhibitor Information

Child Advocacy Conference

Monday, April 15, 7:45am – 4:30pm

Tuesday, April 16, 7:45am-4:00pm.

Exhibitors are welcome to begin setting up starting Sunday, April 14, at 5pm. Tear-down should occur by the conclusion of the conference.


Exhibitor Package – $550

The exhibitor package includes:

  • one (1) 6’x33″ table for up to two people per exhibitor space
  • breakfast & lunch both days for each person
  • entrance to our Sunday evening reception

Additional Tables – $300

Electricity – $40 per day
