Exhibitor Information

Becoming a visible partner is a great opportunity for your organization to promote its products and services and to engage child advocacy professionals. Exhibitor tables will be immediately adjacent to either the keynote/dining or workshop session spaces.

During this 2-day conference, you will meet with child advocacy center (CAC) staff and Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) professionals. These professionals come from all backgrounds including, but not limited to law enforcement, child protection, mental health, prosecution, and medical.

Exhibitor Information

Conference Dates: Monday, April 20 & Tuesday, April 21, 2020

Monday: 7:45am – 4:30pm

Tuesday: 7:45am-4:15pm.

Exhibitors are welcome to begin setting up starting Sunday, April 19. Tear-down should occur by the conclusion of the conference.

Conference Location: Grand Traverse Resort & Spa; 100 Grand Traverse Village Blvd, Acme, MI 49610


Exhibitor Package – $300

The exhibitor package includes:

  • one (1) 6’x33″ table for up to two people per exhibitor space
  • entrance to our Sunday evening reception

Additional Costs:

  • Tables – $50
  • Electricity – $40 per day
  • Breakfast, lunch, snacks per day for one person – $50

We are offering a non-profit discount for 50% off the exhibitor price. Valid 501(c)(3) documentation must be provided.

Lodging in our room block is $109 per night
